Feeling GOOD!
I rarely post here but I just wanted to share...
I hadn't been to the gym in a few weeks b/c I had a terrible chest cold that just would NOT go away!! but I finally went today.
I work out at the complex where we live and this woman who works there gave me the thumbs up and said "looking GOOD!"
I was feeling like total crap for not going in so long!! this made my day!
