I am so bummed

I hurt my knees kickboxing and had to have surgery. Lost a ton of cartilage and on top of everything I have arthritis in my knees. Ortho said I need to totally revamp my workouts and besides biking, I am at a loss as to what to doChat Icon

I'm so sorry to hear that!! I also have minimal cartilage in my knee and arthritis in one knee and ankle. What surgery are you having? I've had arthroscopy on both.

I will soon be getting injections of synvisc in both knees.

I feel like you are my knee twin. I started injections in my knee about 2 months after surgery. I was getting supartz injections which I think is similar to synvisc.

I've actually been hearing really good things about a joint supplement made of microlactin, called FluidJoint, especially in combination with a glucosamine/chondrotin product like Flexamin. I might give it a shot since I haven't been able to go to the gym in months due to pain in my knee/ankle.
