Cornish Hens?
Do they taste gamey? What do they taste like ? Are they just like chicken?
I have never had them and I am curious to try them - I don't like gamey meat though -

No, they are NOT gamey at all. Taste like chicken.
I usually cook them with an apricot marmalade glaze) on it, and get canned apricots and stuff the body with it.
They are really good

Yummy. I season them with salt, pepper, thyme and paprika and either split them and put them on the BBQ or leave them whole and put them in my rotissiere. We had them for dinner the other night.
