if im wearing a teal blue dress, what kind of makeup should i wear?
i have eyeshadow that matches perfect but is that too much??

I personally like neutrals and earthtones that goes with the skin tone not the outfits.

i agree. or if you want to use the matching eyeshadow then tone it down by blending in with some natural colors (beiges, etc) and only really use it at the crease of your eye. all over may make you look like you got punched.
