Advice needed
The district that I am currently in (have had 3 leave replacements this year) is going to have an opening next year in Middle School. I love this age group!!!
I have been told that I am well loved and respected in the district. Do I:
A: wait it out as a sub for one more year. This means busting my butt at two other jobs to survive
or
B. accept another leave's in other districts if offered????
I am so confused. I like the district and enjoy the kids so much, but do I want to put my career on hold for one more year.

Re: Advice needed
I would stay with your current district unless you can get a FT position somewhere else. I don't really see the benefit of leaving where you are established for another leave replacement.

I would tell you to leave if you got a probationary position in another district.
