i have been sooo good..
on atkins.. no carbs since friday. AND I HAVE NOT LOST A POUND! granted i only have about 5 to 10 to lose but i thought that would come off in the first 2 weeks!!!!!!!! i'm ready to give up.. has this ever happened to anyone else?

are you not eating ANY carbs???
You should be eating 20 net carbs a day...mosty from vegetables
are you drinking a lot of water?
are you exercising?

i am eating veggies and doing between 20 to 25 carbs a day. the first time i did this diet i started at 60 carbs and lost 15 lbs!!!! i don't know what's different.

Hang in there...it will come off!!!
Sometimes are bodies are resistant at first and hang on to that fat...but it will happen!!
