I didn't because my school had an AV guy and that was part of his job. If it was another teacher I would probably get them a bottle of wine or something like that.

I did my video near Christmas time so I gave the teacher who video taped me a Christmas present and thanked her in the card.
I just video taped my friend and she wrote me a very nice thank you card.
