Shrimp & Rice
I need a recipe for shrimp, & rice that is easy. my newly brother wants to make that, and i just don't know what to tell him, and i knew your lovely ladies would know!!!

He can do Baked shrimp
I just take the tails off shrimp, bread them in seasoned bread crumbs, bake in the oven for like 10 mins until brown and crisp at 450 and serve over either angel hair pasta or rice!
make sure he throws some butter or molly mcbutter in the rice!!

i do shrimp stir fry a lot too. they sell frozen stir fry veggies... just put them in a frying pan with some oil, add the shrimp for the last few minutes. then add some terriaki sauce, soy sauce... serve it over "boil in a bag" rice
