I mixed it in with yogart. Never cooked with it.

ETA: I was wondering what else to do with it so I checked out www.allrecipes.com and they had a bunch of baking recipes- muffins, pancakes.

I use it w/ yogurt and cool whip, it is nutty and crunchy...it is good. Put it on cereal or in oatmeal or in your yogurt.

my mom use to bread chicken cutlets with it. It was gross, she did it for health reasons
