Are you talking about Munchkin cats?
If so, I found this breeder through a few websites and she seems highly recommended.

ETA: If you are talking about Toy Munchkin puppies - they are not a breed at all, but a Pomeranian/Chihuahua mix (basically a mutt) and they are not recognized by the AKC, therefore would be considered a puppymill puppy.

If you are looking at one of these dogs in a pet shop, please please don't buy it. There are no health guarantees, it's not a real breed and you would just be supporting the puppy mill industry.
