Sent one resume, one call back, got hired pretty much on the spot. I am a French and Spanish teacher, we are very rare.

It differs for each district. For my current job I had a screening with personal, a screening with principal, an interview panel with teachers, parents and principal a demo and then an interview with the ***. super. It was a long process!!
