Help....what do you do for constipation???
Sorry this may be TMI, but I need help!! Should I call the doctor and ask if he can give me something or does anyone have any other advice. Thanks!

I agree. I think it is mostly the vitamins- I have been taking colace from the beginning.

I found Peri-Colace to be even better......it's softener and laxative (and I got the store brand...much cheaper!)

ok but like which aisle would it be with the laxatives or the vitamins..that is onething i am not asking for and lord knows I could use it. Also is it safe to take while pregnant?

It is safe to take while pregnant, that's why i suggested it. Since its a laxative - i think its safe to say you'll find it with the other laxatives.
Just ask someone in the store if u can't find it

check with your dr first...I read that there are varying degrees of what is considered irregular.....for example (I forgot where I read it) but anywhere from 3 times a day to 3 times a week is considered regular.
Drink plenty of fluid, eat lots of fruits and veggies and FIBER. I try to eat shredded wheat for breakfast and that helps alot

I am not pg but Fiber One cereal has 14 grams of fiber per 1/2 cup serving. And for a healthy cereal, it's surprisingly good.

I was taking Fiber Choice tablets. They are fruit flavored and chewable and they really helped me with my constipation.
