Spanish course?

I was wondering if anyone's ever heard of or taken a summer course in Spanish? I was thinking this would be such a good skill to work on, we have a lot of spanish speaking parents and students in my building. Since we're off for the summer, does anyone know of any summer courses in spanish, maybe for educators?

suffolk CC definitely has spanish courses in their summer sessions. When I went, it was like 95% teachers, so the teacher tailored a lot of stuff to us.
