similar to atkins, except it allows you to eat more whole grain carbs.

I tried it, not a fan marissa, still too restricting and it causes you ti gain weight quickly if you don;t follow to a T. WW gives you the ebst of both worlds IMO. I can still have a chocolate kiss and a beer or 2
