Milk
How important is it to have milk in the beginning of your pregnancy? I HATE milk, but will drink it if I must...

i think its important to form healthy bones and teeth...if your body dose not get enough calcium the baby will take away from you and you can ruin your teeth this way !!! Do you like yogurt? or cheese??

I would try to get as much calcium as you can - if you don't like milk - i would suggest the yogurt or cheese as MomAgain suggested....
also make sure you are taking your pre-natal vitamin - it contains alot of the vitamins and minerals you may be lacking in your diet.

Is it terrible that I eat Oreo's with my milk  It's the only way I'll drink it as well.
Besides what I put in my cereal.

I hate milk too. My doc said I could drink the Tropicana OJ with Calcium in it.

Lately that is the only ways for me to get it down too.
I used to be able to drink glasses and glasses of it in a day - not anymore

I drink a lot of OJ with calcium, although that's not the best because its loaded with sugar. Try TUMS for calcium, and you can also drink chocolate milk.

You can take TUMS for the calcium or you can take a calcium supplement, in addition to your prenatal vitamin. I take the supplement because I can't stand TUMS.
