Anyone else have an "ATTACK CAT"
My cat is just a year old...she has survived a year of many neighborhood children as well as my 5 girls. In general she has a wonderful personality. She is sweet as sweet can be to myself and my DH..In the past I have noticed how she will tend to treat the girls as her fellow cats...ambushing them etc..But she does not harm them in any way although she has scratched them a bit while playing..She does not like any of the neighborhood children (all boys) and will go after them as if they are an intruding cat!!!!!!!!!!!! Puffy tail, hissing, spitting, and will charge at them...
Anyone else have a simular animal?
PS..In general I remove the cat to a separate enviroment when we entertain so she doesnt have to "fight" to protect her home.

Re: Anyone else have an "ATTACK CAT"
My cat Lincoln was similiar - he was my DH's cat when we were dating and he eventually grew out of that stage when he was about a year and a half. But before that he was mean, he scratched me and bit me and jumped on me! Now he is a giant mush, very mellow. Spray him with a water bottle when he gets nasty!
