our little boy is sick
our poor kitty isin't feeling well. he has an eye infection...i just cleaned a big goop of puss out of it and he's been sleeping all day (which is unlike him)  if its not better by tomorrow i'll take him to the vet. I just feel so bad

we are in the same boat at our house- what color is the stuff coming out of his eye and is it one eye or 2?

Aww definately take him to vet, sometimes their eyes get goopy if they have an upper resp infection. Hope he feels better

it was yellowish-white. I just took a damp cotton ball and wipe his eye cleaned.
He is much better today...looks like it's clearing up.

my poor little guys is a brownish color- he is going to the vet tonight- I feel really bad for him- and I don't want to take any chances with his eyes
it isn't open all the way- and it looks like he might be in pain- he is not being himself- he is sleeping alot and wont leave my side (which isn't that strange)
we think he was under alot of stress when we were gone and he thought we left him (we have gone away before- but we even had someone come to check on them this time- and he was hiding)
