we booked our trip to Barcelona!
we finally booked our trip to Barcelona & Costa del Sol - for our anny (2 months early :) )
I'm really excited...we leave end of August and fly to Barcelona for 3 days then fly down to Malaga and stay in Marbella for 5 nights!
We are renting a car there and driving up to Granada one day and Gibraltar one day
Can't wait

That sounds great!
You probably know this, but the Costa del Sol might be really, really hot. Like 110 degrees every day. Bring TONS of sunscreen, and be prepared to siesta like the natives.
Barcelona is probably my favorite city in the world. You HAVE TO go to the Parc Guell - it's a 20 minute bus ride from the city center (public transportation). It is a park designed by Gaudi at the top of a hill - crazy sculptures and strange gingerbread-looking houses, man-made caves to run around and play in, spectacular views... bring a picnic lunch and spend the afternoon - you'll love it!

ive been to barcelona, malaga, torremolinos and marbella- FANTASTIC!!!!!
food is fabulous- wine- to die for
marbella the beaches are great and nightlife is awesome- the clubs open doors at 12-1 am - get out anf experience what it has to offer
barcelona- hit the bars in the olympic port...so fun - check out hotel arts, go to the picasso and dali museums
taller de tapas is the best tapas in my opinion and dont forget the Seven Doors restaurant and for tendy cuisine try Tragaluz
