ummmmm-flies in the backyard? how to get rid off?

Hi-
I have a big backyard but my pup goes only in a few spots and since I'm so darn happy she goes outside MOST times i don't care. Problem is sometimes I leave it there to cplean up unitl I get home from work and even when I clean it up the flies don't leave. I've sprayed with bleach but nothing helps.
Of couse she likes to go under the deck so needless to say being its summer its kind of gross!

Can you block off the path to under the deck? There is no way to stop the flies if there is poop in the yard. I usually go out every morning with Misty and clean up whatever is there from the previous evening and the morning. Otherwise it gets stinky out there.

I do clean it within a day but i still get flies.
I guess i will try pushing her down the yard further

Someone just recommended to me that you take the dog out on the leash to a certain area - reward it when it goes and keep doing that for a couple of weeks and the dog will automatically go in that area.
