Speaking of Oscar being adopted.....
When DH and I first I first moved into our house, my nephew was just about to turn 5. I took him and my niece, who was about 7 on a walk with Oscar. We met some of my neighbors and their kids for the first time. We were going through intros of all the names, and I was explaining that these were my sister's kids and they live nearby. All of a sudden my nephew goes, "And this is Oscar. He's adopted."
It was just funny that he had to explain that Oscar didn't come from the same place he did.
