Mattituck

Are there any hotels in Mattituck? I see a Best Western in Riverhead but how close is that?

I would do a B&B but not sure if my 3 yr old would be welcome.

Should we rent a house?

Needed for an overnight or weekend in August and want to stay close family in Mattituck.

Dont know any hotels in mattituck. There is the greenporter in greenport which is supposed to be nice and I think it has a pool...riverhead is nearer though and the holiday inn is new so should be good and the outlets are just up the street

Mattituck motel is right down the road from where I am building and where I grew up. I have fallen drunk into their bushes walking home from the beach... ahh the memories. ANYWHO back to your question. It is a cute small motel. I know my brothers friends who come out for wine tasting have stayed there and never had any complaints. I can ask my brother more about it. I am sure it's clean and comfy.

ETA: There is also the place in South Jamesport right on the bay - the Motel on the Bay.
