Re: Your best dish..... Post the recipes!!!
Hi,
I am new to LIF, so I am also looking for different recipes.
Here is one of the dishes that I make (acutally had it last night).
It is Baked Chicken, Bow tie pasta with steamed broccoli
I marinated the chicken over night and i added some Thyme and Mrs Dash garlic and herb.
Bake chicken at 400 degrees for 15 mins, reduce heat to 350 and bake for 10 more minutes. Once chicken is done cut into small chunks.
When baking chicken make pasta and steam broccoli.
Once all is done, combine all in a pot and add a can of chicken broth and let cook on low for another 10 mins. All done and serve.

Re: Your best dish..... Post the recipes!!!
well... it was a recipe i found on here but i modified it a little bit...
chicken and potatoe bake
take 2-3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 2 large baking potatoes fat free italian dressing romano cheese
preheat over to 400
place chicken breasts in bottom of a 9x13 baking dish ( lasanga dish)
slice potatoes AS THIN AS POSSIBLE ( i use a mandolin slicer)
place potato slices around and on top of chicken in the dish
dump on like half a container of italian dressing ( i like a lot of flavor)
sprinkle with some romano cheese
cover with foil then bake for 30 mins uncover and bake another 20-30,until chicken and potatoes are done. sprinkle some more romano cheese on top before serving
