Kitten Training?

I never had a kitten, b4 so all of this is new to me...

how do you train ur kitten to go in the litter box/

mine is soo small-so after i fed him, i put him in the small litter box, but he didnt do anything..how long does it take?

To be honest mine were litter trained when I got them, how old is he? I would try putting him back in there maybe every 5 minutes for a little while after he eats. Hopefully somone on here that has litter trained will be able to help you. Usually I think they watch their Mother and pick it up from her?

hes 3-4 weeks old, the mother left the litter n we found him....

Oh poor little thing, I really wish I could give you some advice, have you tried putting "kitten litter training" into google? maybe try that ?

Ok I just tried it and there is a bunch of websites, one called kittencare.com - I would do that and see what you come up with, it did say they don't really start till 4 weeks?

just keep putting the kitten in the litter box

they get it pretty quick- use non- clumping litter

I trained mine in 2 days

thanks ladies! left the litter box in the cage, but he didnt use it

in fact, i think he has a small infection on his foot...:(
