Ok so I just looked at my Registry..
I was trying to find a picture of something that I registered for. Like 6 things came off that we never got.  WTH? Are people buying us stuff for our one year

I just looked at my registries for fun after reading your post and I forgot what my user name was for one of my registries. 
I keep adding stuff to my registry even though the wedding is long over.
I figure it's hints to the family, we do have a new house we'll be in soon

I keep mine updated. We got some XMAS gifts from my MIL that were registry items. She also got *me* some registry items for *my* birthday. (LOL- I felt slighted since that was really an "us" gift, not a ME gift)
I am hoping we'll get some stuff for our anniversary, but I doubt it. We're having people over tomorrow and then again next Sunday and nothing came off the registry

We haven't gotten one thing off the registry since the wedding! I would have liked to continue to get stuff for the holidays, but apparently, no one else thinks so!

I think most people think "oh, she doesn't want REGISTRY stuff anymore, that was just for the wedding"
When one of my bridesmaids asked what I wanted for XMAS, I said to just check out our registry. She looked at me like I was crazy.

We registered at Kohl's. For Christmas I wanted a pair of pants. I told my DH I put them on our registry. He got them for me!

I always tell DH that new homeowners should have a registry for their housewarming parties.
Too bad where I registered closed down and is now Linens & Things and Dave & Busters.
I was registered @ The HomePlace.
