Mango Cilantro Salsa
I had family over for a BBQ last night and I made this with the fresh cilantro in my garden for an appetizer I served it with the new multigrain tostitos. It is awesome!!
2 mangos peeled and diced
1/2 red onion finely minced
2 T cilantro finely chopped
2 T fresh lime juice
2 T fresh orange juice
2 T olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Combine all the ingredients and you are good to go! It is soooooo good!!!

You can also add chopped tomato too to give it some color.
