If you are looking for a job in a LI school district, you should be looking on olasjobs.org. Otherwise, there are many private agencies in Nassau and Suffolk that provide special education services for children. One of the largest is Kidz Therapy. Good luck!

definitely look into BOCES or other EI servicse... so many of those agencies neeed Sp/Lang.
i know 2 that will be retiring in '08 from my building. can you wait til then?

one of my clients is always hiring. Family Residences and Essential Enterprises on Plant Ave in Hauppage. They usually have ads too. Not sure if they interview out of the Hauppauge office or if it's only from their Bethpage office.
