Does anyone do this also with photos...
Today was my FSIL shower...I am in the BP so I was in tons on pics. I had to go through and examine each one to judge how I looked...This poor self image is such a sickness

I do to some extent. I've noticed I'm a lot heavier than I thought I was in many pictures.
Realize that many times, it's about the angles - and not you.
eta. Taking a look at the celebrity board & the bump alert is enough to prove it.

Yes-- I totally scrutinize every picture of myself.
Sometimes I look fantastic-- other times quite troll-like.

I've always hated the way I look in photos. I hate how I look in my wedding photos- I look like a chipmunk on the closeups.
Like one of the above posters said also, I didn't realize how heavy I looked until I saw a photo of myself recently.
