What do you think this might be???? UPDATE ON BOTTOM
My American Bulldog was having trouble walking so we brought him to the vet and they did x-rays. They saw the obvious arthritis but they want to send his pictures to a radiologist because there was a mass on the bone and they don't know what it is. She said cancer looks like moth eaten bone and shows up more as black or dark spots rather than a white mass which could be hardening of the bone. Anyone have any experience like this???? I am so scared

Thank you everyone. They said we shoudl hear something in about a week. But she called this am and the bloodwork came back normal so maybe that's a good sign? And he is doing better on the Rimadyl. Thank you all for the thoughts and prayers.

Thank you everyone. They said we shoudl hear something in about a week. But she called this am and the bloodwork came back normal so maybe that's a good sign? And he is doing better on the Rimadyl. Thank you all for the thoughts and prayers.

My American Bulldog just had ACL surgery 4 months ago. So from one AB on Rimadyl to another Get well soon!

The vet called yesterday evening. It is not cancer!!!!! They think it's just hardened bone from the arthritis and the lumps are not cancerous either!!!!!! Thank you all sooooo much for the prayers, they worked
