using carved out pumpkin as a bowl
I thought it would be a cute idea to use small carved out pumpkins for dip bowls at our Halloween party. How do I prep the pumpkins? Do I need to treat the inside with anything before putting the dips in? Anyone ever done this before?

that is a really cute idea that I am thinking of stealing for my halloween party :)
what if you just clean them out really good and bake it for a few minutes and then line it with some sort of parchment paper before you put the dip inside?
No idea if this would work just an idea :)

What about just using a bowl inside the pumpkin. Or line with serane wrap. Martha stewart had this on her show. She had a big mouth and you got wrapped candies out of it.
