Mascarpone cheese
Need recipe ideas with mascapone cheese in it! DH bought it and I don't know what to do with it!

If you do a search on the food network with Giada from everyday italian you might find some good recipes. She uses mascarpone cheese alot.

Yep, I found a banana muffin recipe and tiramisu with raspberries.
Can it be used for dinner like with pasta? Does it taste like cream cheese or ricotta?

OMG a pizza place near my house does a dessert calzone with nutella and marscapon cheese baked in pizza dough...its gorgeous!!!

YOu can definitly use it for dinners, I have seen her do it before. Unfortunately, I can not give you a specific recipe. I think it taste more like ricotta than cream cheese.

or just dump it in a bowl, add sugar, vanilla extract and lemon zest and put over some berries.
