Gyms in or around Sayville
I used to go to East Islip Health and Fitness (which I LOVED) but it's too far from me now. Sunrise Fitness is OUT (too many kids). What else is there?

Unfortunely nothing 
But I do remember there is a gym on Foster Ave, next to the hardware store.
I don't know anything about it though.
Then the only other gym I know of is - Lucille Roberts on Sunrise and Locust.

I loved it there also but living in smithtown and going there was nuts.

Wait - there is Lady Fitness or something like that in Bayport
Also, Eastern Athletic - but when I went in there years ago, I didn't care for it
