How do you store all of your recpies?

I am finding that as I add more recipes to my collection, I am just becoming more disorganized. What do you use to store and organize all of your recipes? TIA

I use an accordion file with 6 tabs broken down into entrees, desserts, appetizers and bread, veggies, salads and soups, and misc. (for drinks, breakfasts or whatever else doesn't fit into the categories).

most of mine are in cookbooks, BUT for my shower in my wishing well, my cousin gave me a big 3-ring binder with a bunch of those plastic page protectors in it, and made a cute cover for it that says " melissa's recipes"... so if i see a recipe in a magazine or get a recipe on a card from somebody, i can stick it in one of the page protectors in the binder.... i don't have all that many in there yet, but i'll probably eventually break it down into entrees, desserts, appetizers, etc....

I have a lot of cookbooks, with post-its on the recipes that look good. I also have a 6 inch binder for recipes I rip out of magazines or print out. The binder has different sections - pasta, chicken, other meat, vegetables, hors derves (I know thats spelled wrong), holiday dishes, and miscellaneous

I use a spiral notebook and i tape them into it. Its not the most exciting idea, but it def works

I have a little wooden box and my recipes are written on index cards. I even have it color coded for appetizers, side dished, main courses and desserts
