OMG I just weighed myself!!!!
And i am : I am about to confess My starting weight when i first started was 238 now i am down to 222, i just weighed myself Just before at 8:30pm tonight and on top of that i have AF.... i am not going to weigh myself for another 2 weeks... I am sooo excited and happy!!!!!yea Thanks for letting me share.

That is awesome!
Next time you weigh yourself do it the same time of day.
I usually do it, in the AMs right after my shower before I eat or drink anything.
