Shrimp cocktail
Veggie platter
Taco salad with tortilla chips or you can do a cream cheese block covered with salsa and shredded cheese served with tortilla chips - that is really good!

fresh mozzarella, tomato and basil...you can make a salad or you can slice it and put it on slices of bread.

mini sandwiches


i slice a long baugette in half - the bottom half ill layer with as follows:

procutto
mooz
basil
olive oil
salt

then slice into mini sandwiches and put tooth picks on each one


you can also do another type

mix 1 pckg of cream cheese with 2 crushed cloves of garlic and a teaspoon of italian seasoning

sprad on top piece of bread

on bottom piece of bread layer with
turkey breast
spinach
thin red pepper strips
artichoke pieces

then once again, slice into mini sandwiches (they look like mini pieces of a hero) and place tooth picks on


they are tasty and fresh and easy to handle with fingers
