Need ideas for Orlando....

My dh and I are going to be in Orlando from a Sun night in Sep to Tues at 430 (our flight leaves at 7 or 8 tues nite).

We are going to Disney Animal Kingdom on Mon or Tues but I want ideas what to do with the other time. should I just go to another park the other day and Sun night dinner and relax or what else is there to do, thats not disney.

sky diving, I went somewhere else, but sent my banker's clients here.

richard petty driving school...it was booked up when we went, but seemed great!

airboat, it will be super hot out though...
