This seems crazy to me?
I have been working out 3-5 times / week (so on average, 4 times a week) for almost 2 months now. I do about 30 minutes on the treadmill, although occasionally I will bump it up to 45min - 1hr. I am at a slight impact bc I have bad knees. I also do weight training. THE NEEDLE ON THE SCALE HAS NOT BUDGED. In 2 months. That just seems insane to me! I completely changed my diet for the better, too. I will admit that my clothes are fitting better and I am definitely more toned but come on - not even a pound? Something seems off to me

Re: This seems crazy to me?
It took me a long time to see the weight come off. I took off 20 pounds since April 2. Nothing came off for me until June/July but then a lot started to come off at a time!
Also, try taking some classes at the gym or work with a trainer. I started out on the eliptical machine and didn't see results until I started taking the classes at my gym.

Re: This seems crazy to me?
I feel like you have a post like this every week!!
In all honestly, I know-- there is only so much you can take and you think next week will be better.
For me, I needed to start eating more cause my metabolism was totally f*cked up- and I am working out like crazy. In the 2.5 months that I have been doing this, I don't feel I have lost as much weight as I should have.
This week, I really tried to make a conscious effort to really eat every two to three hours... before I was good about it-- but not adamant. It really takes a lot of planning-- whether you are counting calories or points-- but my scale has started to move again (even if it's CREEPING along).
I will keep it up and see where it gets me in a few weeks... I am getting close to my goal and I am getting very impatient.

I think you should post your daily menus and then maybe we can help or give suggestions.

Ok, here is a typical day:
Breakfast: Whole grain english muffin with 1 tsp peanut butter / coffee with skim and splenda.
Mid-morning - sometimes I will have a 90 cal granola bar but if I eat the english muffin i usually do not need to.
Lunch - varies - A smart ones or a salad with balsamic vinegarette, a whole wheat sub from subway (the "6 under 6") with an iced coffee / skim milk
Dinner - really depends....could be subway (but not if I had it at lunch), could be grilled chicken and veggies...

You're definitely not eating enough. If you FM with how much you weigh, I can tell you how many calories you should be eating to lose weight.

Re: This seems crazy to me?
You should be eating more - my PT always told me to eat every 2-3 hours to keep your metabolism going

Re: This seems crazy to me?
You need to eat more for lunch! WOW...I could never survive on that.
It has taken me two months to drop 3lbs...with 7 more to go. I work out 5 days a week...3 straight running for 60 minutes, 1 day cross train (eliptical 20 min., stair climber 20 minutes and run or bike 20 minutes), the other day spin class. I also do 3-4 days of weight training as well. AND 3LBS so far!!!
I hear you...keep at it!!!

Re: This seems crazy to me?
I worked out 3 months straight and lost nothing. In my view, it's all about diet. The minute I started doing my own version of WW CORE, I dropped the weight.
