If you're gamblers, AC or Foxwoods.
If you're spa people AND gambling people, then stay at the Borgata in AC. Great place.
OR Eastwinds had overnight spa packages. and you can do wine tasting one day, as well.

I saw great deals for South Beach on Travelocity a few weeks back. It was like 550 for airfare and hotel for two people.

You know something - this sounds fantastic!
We wanted to keep it under $500 per person...and honestly - the Carribean is out of the question...just too risky for us w/the hurricane season!
We had a tornado in our neighborhood - um...in BROOKLYN....and that's put the fear in us!

sorry to hijack but i saw your CLM commercial with DH the other day. I was like, "Oh that's my friend Jessica!" DH is like "WHO?" I got really embarrassed....I'm like..."My LIF friend." lol

So I just checked out Gurney's - yeah... $400+ per NIGHT!
so that's out!
I also checked out PR - it came out to about $2K for 2 adults/1 child - flight/transfers/hotel.

I stayed at Montauk Manor out there. It was very nice. I would check their rates. it's not on the water but it does have an indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna.

Harrah's in AC just added a Red Door Spa and a huge pool. The rooms are not that pricey.
Especially if you go during the week.
You can head to the beach during the day. Gamble, have nice dinners at night.

I have friends who just did this as their annual spa weekend away ... they usually do Gurney's ...
