HELP we dont know where to go!!!!

for our 1 year anniversary!!

i want caribbean DH wants alaska or hawaii!!

alaska or hawaii are out due the $$ and our new house!!!

maybe a drive through the state of colorado
or yellostone park, i dont know and we can't decide

any ideas!! it will be 9/5-9/10

I think you and DH need to decide if you'd rather have a beachy-relaxing type of trip or a sightseeing, adventurous type of trip. DH & I wanted beachy & romantic for our honeymoon, so we chose Hawaii. For our one year anniversary, we still wanted romance, so we chose St. Lucia. For our two year, we chose Europe, because at that point we didn't mind if we spent long days walking around and sightseeing (the honeymoon was way over ). This year, for our three year anniversary, we are going to Vegas, the wine country in CA, San Fran, down to LA.

If you decide on beachy/romantic, I recommend Bermuda, which is less expensive than Hawaii, almost as beautiful, and a MUCH better flight. Mexico has even better deals and is beautiful, as well. If you decide on sightseeing/adventure, I recommend the parks of the west or western Canada.

Have you checked into travel packages. They are usually cheaper then booking individual items such as air, hotel, car.
