Makeup and wrinkles - any suggestions?
I've been unkind to my skin and now it's payback time.
Too many years tanning, squinting in the sun and staring at a computer screen have taken their toll.
I have wrinkles, creases, crow's feet...some of the above, or all of the above.
I've noticed my makeup falling into the creases around my eyes, which draws attention to the wrinkles.
Has anyone found a brand of makeup that seems to work best around the eyes? I wear concealer and powder daily, but I think I need to try something else for "mature" skin.

let me suggest regenerist serum for your face first! then, physicians formula CoverToxTen foundation. it is actually advertised as wrinkle therapy makeup.

Go to your derm and get an RX.
It's seriously 10x better than trying everything out on the market and wasting your $$$.

i started going to a derm bc this is my fear. i get peels and my skin cleaned once a month. the prescription creams they have are really good now. i cant use them bc i am ttc, but they work! my derm is in great neck and she is really good, very into cosmetic derm

Dermatologist huh? I never really considered that option. I just figured I'd find some magic cream and foundation! A girl can dream....
And you're right, my $15 copay will certainly be a lot cheaper than trying out a dozen different creams and lotions.
Thanks!

I am interested in doing this too... But what do you ask your primary care Dr for the referral for? Can I just say I have a bad case of the wrinkles?
