Mmm yeah. I also used to make a mock-cobbler that I read about in Real Simple - Half the peaches, take out the pit, put a little bit of brown sugar on each half, top with granola cereal and a little bit of margarine. Bake until hot and soft. Mmmmmm

They are yummy and easy to make. Just cut the peach in half, discard the pit. Grill on the BBQ skin side up until you get grill marks. Top it with cool whip or vanilla ice cream.
