not ready to go back...
I worked last year for 2 weeks before going out on maternity leave. I am not ready to go back and teach but I am ready to see my collegues.
Anyone else?

At first I felt like, oh no I have to go back! But, then I realized that a. I am psyched to get a paycheck! b. I am excited to see the kids again and c. I am ready to get back on a schedule! Don't worry, it will be Thanksgiving break before we know it!!

I change my mind minute to minute! I'm excited to return to a routine, but I am scared about returning 7+ months pregnant. I can't get through the day now without feeling achey and needing a nap, I think it's going to be tough to go back!

I feel the same way. I am 5+ month pg and I don't know how I am going to handle it. Plus I commute to the city. I get tired just walking through the mall!

I totally agree.
I do miss seeing some of my friends. It's hard over the summer because of everyone's vacations and busy schedules.

I'm not ready...I worked this summer, so this was my first week off. Didn't do much except run errands and crap like that. I would love another week off.

I'm not ready to leave my son. I just keep telling myself that I am soo lucky to have a job where I can spend the summer with him. I'm trying to be logical, but I am going to miss him so much.

I am not ready to go back at all. I taught summer school for the first time this summer. I feel like I only just got off for the summer. It is so sad how fast the summer went by...
