Anyone have parents do the online ordering with Scholastic?
I'm old fashioned and do them myself, but after the umpteenth shortage of money, I'm thinking of trying it. Any thoughts?

I have for two years.. the parents do everything. I ask a parent if they are interested and give them a standard letter that she then distributes via mailboxes and signed by her to the class. She hands out the scholastics, takes the money and then distributes the books to the appropriate people. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be able to do it this year at my new job. :(

I love it! I will never go back to collecting money again. Most of my parents doit right online. If they do send me money I told them I can only except a check made out to Scholastic or a money order. i have NEVER had a problem. They send you an emailof your order so when it comes in you know who ordered what. It's great!

I did it last year, and it worked out fine. A bunch of parents ordered in September online, but didn't do it for the rest of the year. But it was so easy.

i did it last year and didn't like it. so many parents still sent in money and i wasn't going to turn it away. since there's no incentive to use it, i stopped
