Anyone feel that their metabolism slowed starting at 30?
I just turned 30 last week....but a few months before I noticed that it was getting increasingly harder for me to lose weight. It has always been a little hard but now it seems I have to work 10x harder

I think mine started slowing down a couple years before 30.
Thankfully whatever I'm doing now gave it a jump start.

That's another selling point for getting to the gym and lifting weights! I'm 37 and my metabolism is cranking away.
Start lifting some iron girl!
