Usually very little, but I just bought 8 pairs of shoes on line & I am returning at least 7, maybe all 8.
I think I've only ever returned 2 pairs of shoes before ever!

5%. I am SOOO lazy about returning stuff. I have at least five things at home that are sitting in the box to be returned, but I never quite made it to the UPS Store. The only store I habitually return to is Zappos, cause they do all the work for me.

Very little... Most of the time I have second thoughts and return it because I realized it was an impulse buy and we could better use the money on other things.

I return a lot. I just ordered a ton of stuff from Gap and am returning about 50% of it.
I ordered five things from the Nordstrom anniversary sale and returned it all except one item - my Uggs.

Me too. I still have a pair of unused Spanx pants sitting in the Spanx box in the back of my closet. I bought them almost 2 years ago 
As an aside, the pants are not good. The website made them look like they'd be regular black pants, but they're actually made of a jersey-type material and they're ridiculously long.
