Let's shake it up...
FUNNIEST MOMENTS for the first week of school... List them below!!!
Mine: I drove to the building I was in LAST year on the first day of school instead of my NEW building!!! Luckily I left VERY early!!!

My hubby was asking my son about his day at school yesterday (kinder), and he goes "I made a friend on the bus, Juliana!" and my hubby's like "WOW thats great, is she in your class?" and he goes "No, she's not in my class, but she's from Long Island too !!!"

A girl in my ninth grade had been in the same room last year. Apparently, the teacher who used to have the room had the garbage pail right at the front of the room. I moved it to the side. The girl threw a piece of paper and it hit right next to where I was writing on the board. THe room went DEAD quiet and I thought the kid was going to cry (honors class in an all girls private school). She whispers "I'm so sorry." I think if I hadn't started to laugh she would have passed out!!!

Forgot my lunch on the first day and had to have hubby leave work to come bring it to me
Had a kid see a change cup on my desk (for math) and say, "hey, you get tips?"

A little girl said to me "I'm not sure if I'm Irish or Italian."
I happen to know she is neither because of her last name and I meet her parents on the first day of school.
She then says I guess I'm Irish because I speak spanish at home and Italians speak Italian. 2nd grade
