Seven for all Mankind
These are my FAVORITE jeans!! I have a few pairs but am in DESPERATE need for new ones.
I would like to try Joes, Rock and Republics, but from what i remb, last time i did, i didnt like the way i look in them.
So.... are Sevens still "in" if i need to buy another pair of them??

I love Sevens and Citizens... I think they are cut similarly, as Citizens was started by the ex-Seven partner-- so I guess, the same approach to jean making. AG also fit me well.

believe or not, I found a pair at marshalls.
I only have one pair but I love it.
I bought a pair of joe's provocateur petite that were on sale on shopbop, I will tell you how I like them

I love the shape that Sevens and Citizens give me.... but WHY do they all have like 34" inseams? If I wore stilettos with them, I'd still need them hemmed. Aren't ballet flats still in? When I try on Sevens or other fancy jeans and slip flats on, the hem of the jean is so long, it goes over my toe. And I'm 5'6"!
I bought a pair of Joe's Jeans at Century 21 and they were for "petites" and they're just right for me. Heck, if 5'6" is petite, whatever, they look great and they're just the right length.

when my jeans are too long, i ask the tailor for original hem
they use the original bottom of the jeans in the hem so they look exactly like you DIDn't have them hemmed

Because the designers know that women will pay any $$ if they *think* it will make them look better in them
Whether or not a $200 pair of jeans will give someone with no butt A BUTT is up for debate...
