Book to use for a mock trial
I am going to be doing mock trials with my 6th graders. I thought it would be neat to use one of their 5th grade reading books as the topic since all the information is in the text. What do you think about these choices, and which one would you choose?

I don't know those books specifically, but there is a great book titled "Fairy Tales on Trial". My 6th graders loved it last year.

I love your picks.
Did you ever read Touching Spirit Bear ?
I loved this book, though it is a litte heavy. Our school had the sixth graders read it.

I did one with Tuck Everlasting. It was great. It just takes time, good instructions, and organization. But they loved it!
