can anyone recommend a balsamic?
I love ones used in restaurants that are tangy but have a nice sweetness. Anyone got a good one?

Not sure where you live but Fairway in Plainview has a great one and it isn't to much $$

sorry, iti s Fairway's brand. When you go they have all of their olive oils and balsamics out to taste so you can try before you buy
