Our kitty is growing up!!

He's starting to get so big...and we finally had a FULL night sleep on Sunday He slept thru the whole night and when he did wake up he didn't use us as his toys...he actually used his post - Lets this behavior keeps up (he did climb our curtains all the way to the top but I'll let that one slide)

We are in the same boat as you. We are totally scared of what our kitten will do to our Xmas tree. He used to run all over the house. Just tearing through the hallways. Now he sleeps in the bed with us, at mine or Dh's feet. We also have an older cat that he doenst torment AS much anymore. He still brings all his toys upstairs when we are sleeping though. He leaves them IN our bed or on the floor beside our bed!!

He is definately starting to settle down. He was 3 months when we got him and now he is 6 1/2. Here is a pic of Sisko

BTW--We have the same rug and the same colored kitty!! lol See 2nd pic!

that is funny about the rug and the kitty!! We even have a similar chair...but ours is in a burnt orange...but same style

Your kitty is cute too!! I love orange cats. When we went to adopt him, he came right over to us in the room and we knew we wanted to take him home. He is crazy though...lol The vet told us they think he is part Abysinnian (sp?) because of the size of his ears and the shape of his head. His ears are GIGANTIC. I thought he would have grown into them by now, but he hasnt!! lol
