Can anyone name this craft for me?
OK I don't know what it's called so I am going to describe it as best I can.
A few years ago DH and I went on a cruise. This was before DS was born and they were doing this craft with needles and yarn string that I joined in on. They had this square plastic thingys with little open squares. You put the yarn through the needle and then sew the yarn into the open squares and when you were done they came out cool. I made one that came out in the design of the Carnival Cruise Logo. Then made another with DH's initials. Does anyone know what this craft is called? I want to start doing it again...

it might also be needlepoint. on our last cruise Princess was selling them and I bought one that was a change purse.

I think Lisa is right.....my Grandma does it, and she never has a name for it though! Plastic square things we call it!
